IT/OT Audit

Onboard
Implement ENLYZE
💡 Our onboarding services are designed to reduce time to value and ensure a smooth, efficient, and fast start with ENLYZE.
We integrate existing IT and OT systems, perform retrofits, and ensure that machines, sensors, and software communicate seamlessly.
IT integration
To establish the necessary data foundation, the production context needs to be captured. For this, we connect existing IT systems such as ERP, MES, or BDE.
Our integration specialists develop customized ETL processes (Extract, Transform, Load) to extract data from your existing systems such as ERP and MES, transform it, and integrate it into the ENLYZE Manufacturing Data Platform.
In close collaboration with your system administrators, we ensure that data starts flowing reliably within just a few days: secure, consistent, and perfectly aligned with your production processes.
OT integration
To achieve comprehensive process data collection, all relevant OT data sources (such as PLCs, sensors, and energy meters) must be connected.
Our OT experts visit you on-site, integrate the edge devices in close coordination with your network administrators, and make sure that all data sources are connected robustly.
This is the foundation for continuous and trustworthy data acquisition across your production.
Data modeling & harmonization
